Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users on Microsoft 365 stack.
Key Tasks:
1. Provide remote and desktop support to users on Microsoft 365 stack.
2. Work on various projects and tasks related to IT administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
3. Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive.
4. Maintain and administer Windows 10 devices and servers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 services and supporting Windows Server environments.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with backup and restoration methods, as well as network monitoring tools.
