Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead our national sales team.

The Responsibilities:
1. Manage and support a national sales team to deliver against ambitious revenue targets.
2. Develop and maintain detailed sales reports and pipeline updates for the General Manager.
3. Identify and implement improvements in the sales process to drive efficiency and conversion.
4. Coordinate closely with marketing on lead generation activities and campaign outcomes.
5. Set and monitor KPIs for individual team members; provide coaching and performance feedback.
6. Ensure full and effective use of the CRM system for pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
7. Instil a customer-first mindset across the team, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience.
8. Contribute to the commercial strategy and assist with budgeting and planning cycles.
9. Conduct regular training, team meetings, and field visits to support performance and engagement.
Requirements:
* A relevant degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a B2C setting.
* Demonstrated success in managing and developing a geographically dispersed sales team.
* Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, including closing strategies and pipeline management.
* Proven ability to analyse trends, interpret data, and produce actionable insights.
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership.
