Job Title: HR Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Professional to join our team.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day HR function, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies, and advising line managers on performance, employee relations, and HR procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, a strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR compliance, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will also possess strong leadership and team development capabilities, a sound knowledge of legal and HR frameworks, and a CIPD qualification would be beneficial.
* Proven experience as a HR Manager or senior HR professional
* Background in hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing operations
