Job Description:
As an IT Operations Manager, you will oversee the delivery of best-in-class IT operational services. Your responsibilities will include providing user support services, ensuring system availability and capacity management.
This encompasses both IT and business systems. You will be responsible for supervising technical staff training as well as overseeing all aspects related to information technology security within our organization.
* Maintain a strong grasp on IT infrastructure operations practices

Gathering regular system reports
