POSITION OVERVIEW
As part of KKR's continued investment in our Dublin office we are seeking a Human Capital Operations Professional to be based in Dublin. This role will collaborate closely with the global Human Capital (HC), Corporate Services and Real Estate, and Technology teams to enhance system processes in conjunction with overall goals and objectives.
This role is responsible for ensuring day-to-day execution of and providing HC support to employees for all transactions within Workday, inclusive of Benefits, Time Off and Leave of Absence tracking. The incumbent will also collaborate with HC colleagues on employee onboarding/off-boarding, processing employee transfers, and general coordination of information to ensure seamless processing of hires, exits, moves, and other transactions both within and outside of the HRIS systems. While the role is primarily focused on the EMEA region, the remit is global and will involve close coordination and support across the global HC Operations team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Subject Matter Expertise: Be a subject matter expert (EMEA focus) in all Human Capital Operations activities and business processes, providing guidance and support to the HR team and employees.
2. Workday Employee Data Management: Process hires, exits, transfers, and other employee data changes. Ensure data is accurate and that processes are moving along efficiently.
3. Position Management and Reporting: Support position management and reporting in Workday and Greenhouse, ensuring data is accurate andplete.
4. Onboarding and Offboarding Support: Guide new joiners through pre-hire and onboarding processes, and assist leavers as they exit the firm, ensuring a smooth transition.
5. Background Checks and Follow-ups: Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process and forpliance-related recertifications and follow up on any discrepancies or required actions.
6. Document Collection and Verification: Collect and verify work authorization, visa-related documents, and other necessary paperwork upon the employee's first day.
7. Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate and guide new hires through Workday onboarding processes, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience.
8. Employee Assistance: Assist employees with personal data updates, queries, and HR-related issues as required.
9. Process Improvement: Help document, map, and improve HR processes; partner with the Human Capital Systems team to drive changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Reporting and Analysis: Help run reports, analyze operational metrics, andmunicate insights to support decision-making.
11. System Testing and Validation: Participate in testing and validation of system enhancements, ensuring they meet the needs of the firm, with a focus on EMEA-specific processes
12. Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams in other regions to share best practices and ensure consistency in HR operations.
Your Skills and Qualifications
13. 18 months of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or professional services firm
14. Experience on Workday
15. Strong working knowledge of MS Office. Must be skilled with Excel
16. Understanding of HR processes and regulations in the EMEA region
17. Experience managing processes and data in Workday, Greenhouse ATS, and ServiceNow strongly preferred
