We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organisational Design Change Manager to drive transformation by enabling new ways of working, building internal organisational design capability, and ensuring our organisation remains agile, inclusive, and future-ready.
Job Description
* To drive organisational design change by enabling new ways of working, building internal organisational design capability, and ensuring our organisation remains agile, inclusive, and future-ready.
* To develop a coherent approach for the organisational design of UCD that enhances delivery of activities and services through a more integrated approach.
* To build an organisational design approach and principles that will guide all organisational changes within the university.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* An honours degree in Business Administration or related field.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in operational management with strong analytical skills.
