Senior Project Cost Manager

The Job Description:
* Manage cost planning, estimation, and budgeting for projects with expertise.
* Negotiate, analyse, and prepare tender documentation, contracts, and subcontracts effectively.
* Monitor project progress, controlling costs to ensure financial performance is met.
* Prepare detailed reports, valuations, and forecasts for senior management with precision.
Liaise with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery. A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics, plus 5+ years' experience in a Senior Project Cost Management role, are essential. The ideal candidate must be confident managing high-value projects' costs and contracts efficiently.
