We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Dublin.This role will deliver the desired Water Cooler sales and performance targets. Working in partnership with the overall Sales Teams to deliver the Growth Plan through a significant period of growth for Culligan.Responsible for ensuring KPI's are achieved in meeting and exceeding your Sales Targets, through following up on Leads/Opportunities within our CRM system are met in alignment with our Growth Plan and product family strategy.Driving both Mains Fed and Bottled Water Cooler growth (new and existing customers) within their scopeExecuting the Growth Plan within their geography ensuring alignment to wider business objectivesResponsible for accurate and timely setup of all Telesales accountsSupporting your team and line manager in delivery of business objectivesResponsible for maintaining strong communications with all departments and personnelWork closely with the necessary operational teams and the customer to ensure effective and efficient delivery of all Cooler SalesResponsible for accurate updating of our CRM with key information to enable successful and accurate measurement of Targets and tracking of all mandatory KPIsResponsible for personal governance and adherence to procedures ensuring compliance with company policy and best practiceResponsible for personal compliance with and suggesting improvements to the end-to-end joining process, policies and proceduresRequirementsAbility to handle a range of prioritiesDemonstrated commercial awarenessDemonstrated good oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated competence in using Microsoft Office toolsA proven track record of providing good customer serviceDemonstrated ability to consistently achieve targetsTelesales Experience desirableKnowledge and demonstrated skills in utilizing a CRM effectively is desirableBenefitsCommission StructureMonday - Friday Days working pattern23 days' holiday + Bank Holidays - increasing with long serviceCompany Pension schemeCompany Sick Pay (after qualifying period)Shopping discounts with Perks at Work24 hours access to Employee Assistance ProgrammeVolunteering DayEmployee support network and mental health assistance
