Senior Receptionist
to join our great team.
This position requires the successful candidate to be available to work mid-week.

Responsibilities
Answer all calls in a timely and friendly manner
Transfer all calls as appropriate
Provide our guests with details of hotel and local amenities and attractions
Work as part of, and support, the Reception Team
Follow the day-to-day procedures of guest
Dealing with and resolving guest queries
Skills
Excellent organisational skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Fluent level of both written and spoken English
Excellent telephone manner
Experience
At least 1 year of reception/switchboard experience
Previous administrative experience is desired
