As Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and leading a motivated reception team.
You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a vital role in shaping their overall experience from arrival to departure.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office and reception team Ensure a consistently high standard of guest service and professionalism Lead, train, and motivate front office staff to achieve operational excellence Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner Oversee reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and room allocations Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Monitor KPIs, occupancy levels, and service standards Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations Must-Have Requirements Proven experience in the hospitality industry Previous experience in a similar Front Office / Front Manager role or a strong Senior Receptionist / Duty Manager ready to step up in their career Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills A strong guest-focused mindset with attention to detail Living in Ireland with the full right to work in the Republic of Ireland Visa is not provided Accommodation provided Salary & Benefits Salary: €40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Opportunities for career progression within the company Access to professional development and training programmes A dynamic, supportive, and team-focused working environment
