What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and supporting your room team to deliver high-quality, play-based learning
Planning and overseeing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Acting as a role model for best practice in early years education
Building strong partnerships with parents and guardians
Ensuring compliance with Tusla regulations and Little Harvard policies
Supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
Maintaining high standards of safety and wellbeing at all times
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Level 6 in Childcare (Level 7/8 desirable)
Previous experience in an Early Years setting
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Solid knowledge of Aistear and Síolta frameworks
Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Confidence in mentoring and guiding team members
Lead with Confidence in Muileann, Kinsealy
