As part of our expansion, we are currently looking for a suitably motivated -*Project Manager*- to join our group.As a Project Manager at MBRYONICS, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of critical components and features within our mission to build the Internet in Space. You will be responsible for working with both our Strategic Bid team, the Program Management Office and the Research and Development teams to deliver solutions to partners and end-customers that contribute to our overall success.What You'll DoProject Management: Manage complex multi-faceted projects in a product-focused organisation, working alongside Product Owners and Technical Leads. Work with the MB Strategic Bid team and the PMO to translate customer requirements into actionable project delivery plans.Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Monitor Success: Monitor and control project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively develop solutions.Lead: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and timely execution of tasks.Communicate: Manage project communication, including status reporting, stakeholder management, and escalation of issues as needed.Adhere to standards: Ensure project goals, objectives, and requirements are met while adhering to industry regulations and standards.Manage budgets: Manage budgeting and financial tracking, including budget forecasts.Manage change: Develop and implement change management plans as necessary, and in accordance with customer commitments.Innovate: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management and agile working.Who You AreProject Management Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the telecommunications, space or technology industry or regulated manufacturing. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects within scope, budget, and timelines.Methodology: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Risk: Extensive experience in risk management, change management, and stakeholder management.Problem-solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Software: Proficiency in project management software.Technical Acumen: Ability to understand complex technical concepts related to optical communications, satellite systems, or high-speed data transfer.
