This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Site Manager for a leading contractor. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring high productivity and liaising with subcontractors and site teams.

About the Role:

You will be working on a new residential scheme based in the border counties. The project will run until the end of 2025 and then you will immediately start a new scheme close by, guaranteeing you long-term work and job stability based in the County Monaghan and County Tyrone areas.

The projects will involve timber frame builds with clients being the county councils. Your main responsibilities will include managing on-site operations, ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to, and assisting with toolbox talks and daily progress reports.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have relevant previous experience of working in a similar Site Manager role, preferably within residential schemes. However, those in other sectors will still be considered.

You will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude and good level of organisation. You will possess a high level of communication skills and be responsible for ensuring the site team are briefed daily on the scheduled works programme.
