Process Technician Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Process Technician.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting analytical testing across various techniques, including HPLC and ICP. This involves analyzing raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analytical Testing: Conduct analytical testing using HPLC and ICP techniques for raw material analysis, in-process testing, and finished product testing.
* Method Development: Develop, evaluate, and verify analytical test methods for HPLC and ICP as required.
* Troubleshooting: Contribute to and/or lead troubleshooting and investigation of analytical issues using quality tools and site CAPA process.
* Laboratory Support: Provide analytical support in the technical transfer of analytical methods into the Analytical Laboratory.
* Equipment Installation: Support and/or coordinate equipment installation and validation activities as required by project demands.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the Analytical Laboratory continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Education: A BSc in analytical chemistry or equivalent scientific discipline with significant analytical focus combined with 2 years experience within an analytical role.
* Experience: Or BSc in a degree with significant analytical focus plus 2+ years experience within an analytical role.
* Skills: Practical experience in a range of analytical techniques, including HPLC and ICP. Extensive knowledge and experience of analytical principles and procedures, method development, method validation, and method transfers.
* Achievements: Strong understanding of compliance and quality standards. Proven ability to plan and work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact constructively with employees, managers, and cross-functional peers.
This is a high-pressure production environment that requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
