Cpl HR Recruitment seeks an experienced HR Administrator for a 9-month fixed-term contract based in Dublin city centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer HR functions, including resourcing, onboarding, probation, offboarding, retirement, and processing status changes within the organisation.
* Support talent acquisition processes from sourcing to onboarding.
* Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Provide HR advice to internal stakeholders, including managers and team leads, addressing inquiries, offering guidance, and facilitating effective communication.
* Support HR initiatives, projects, and training interventions.
* Coordinate performance management, absence management, problem-solving, engagement, and relationships with managers and colleagues.
* Maintain HR software systems and leave schedules throughout the organisation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in HR is essential.
* Minimum one year of experience in an HR role is required.
* Excellent understanding, high level of care, and discretion are necessary.
