We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Wash-Up Assistant to join our team. This role involves maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen by ensuring that all crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots, and pans are washed, sanitised, and ready for use. You will be a vital part of the kitchen team, supporting the chefs and kitchen staff by keeping the workspace organised and safe.Key Responsibilities:Clean and sanitise all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment using both manual and industrial dishwashing methods.Ensure that all cleaning and sanitising meet health and safety standards.Clean and maintain all kitchen surfaces, including floors, worktops, and storage areas.Dispose of kitchen waste correctly, sorting and recycling where appropriate.Handle dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment responsibly, reporting any maintenance needs.Restock clean items in their designated places promptly to avoid kitchen delays.Requirements:Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.Ability to work as part of a team and take direction well.Good time management and organisational skills.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Benefits:Competitive salary/hourly rateOpportunities for career progression within the hospitality industryStaff meals during shiftsSupportive and friendly work environmentJob Type: Part-timePay: From €13.50 per hourBenefits:Gym membershipOn-site gymOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
