You will work onsite to deliver electrical works from mobilisation to handover, ensuring safe, high-quality execution in line with programme and budget. Responsibilities Lead all onsite electrical activities end-to-end. Manage subcontractors and drive site productivity. Track progress against programme and short-term plans. Enforce HSEQ standards and site safety culture. Review drawings, RAMS, and ensure buildability. Coordinate with clients, design teams, and other trades. Oversee materials, plant, and site logistics. Requirements Electrical trade background with 5+ years site management experience. Pharma project experience preferred. Strong site coordination and subcontractor management experience. Solid understanding of HSEQ and construction practices. Good commercial awareness and reporting skills. Strong leadership and communication skills. IOSH / NEBOSH advantageous.
