As a representative, you will assist customers in understanding their telecommunications needs and ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, products, and packages via phone, email, and live chat in French
* Provide detailed information regarding service plans, pricing, billing issues, and technical support
* Assist customers with account management, including changes to services and troubleshooting issues
* Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention
* Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records
* Collaborate with technical and sales teams to provide customers with complete and effective solutions
* Stay updated on the latest telecommunications trends and product offerings to enhance customer interactions
Requirements
* Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
* Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused mindset
* Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in using CRM software and customer service tools
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required, and the ability to relocate to Greece
