We are seeking a commercially sharp and operationally focused Junior Quantity Surveyor to act as the primary support to our Senior QS.
Key Responsibilities Assisting in the preparation of tender and contract documents.
Performing site measurements and preparing valuations for interim payments.
Supporting the Senior QS in tracking material costs and project budgets.
Liaising with sub-contractors and site managers to ensure financial accuracy.
Maintaining the commercial database and supporting final account settlements.
Requirements Education: BSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in a commercial construction environment.
Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and measurement software (e.g., Cost X, Bluebeam).
Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
Driver's Licence: Full clean Irish driving licence.
