We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Administration Support to join our team in Cork Childrens Services, Curraheen, Cork

Contract Type: Specified Purpose & Fixed Term to 6th July 2026

Contract Hours: up to 35 hours per week

Salary Scale: €26,606 to €42, 805pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments)

This pay scale is subject to increases in 2025 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.

Annual Leave Entitlement: Annual leave entitlement 30 days pro-rata per annum

Overview of the Post:

To provide a wide range of administration supports to the Children’s Disability Network Team and Children’s Services Manager.

The successful candidate will have

Leaving certificate or equivalent standard of education

A minimum of 1 years’ relevant secretarial/administrative experience

Excellent IT skills, including extensive use of and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

Experience of working with a database software system.

Fluency in the English language (written & verbal).

Eligible to work in the State.

Experience of working in a similar role in the healthcare/disability sector.

Experience of working at reception

A relevant secretarial/business studies or IT qualification
