We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Administration Support (Grade III) to join our team in Cork.
Contract Type: Specified Purpose (Temporary)
Contract Hours: Up to 35 hours per week
Salary Scale: Grade III Clerical: €26,606 - €42,805 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments).
Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days per annum and proportionately less for less than 12 months service.
Overview of the Post: The post-holder will assist in the co-ordination of the Community Paediatric Clinics and other identified clinics within the regional CHO4 Physical Disability Support Service to facilitate the smooth and efficient functioning of each clinic. The post holder will also provide a wide range of administration supports to the clinics. The role may include other administrative tasks and responsibilities as identified by the PDSS Co-Ordinator, Children’s Services Manager or designate.

The successful candidate will have:
* Leaving certificate or equivalent standard of education
* A minimum of 1 year relevant secretarial/administrative/medical secretariat experience
* Experience of working with software designed to facilitate processing of dictated documents
* Excellent IT skills, including extensive use of and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Experience of working with a healthcare database software system.
* Experience of working in a similar role in the healthcare/disability sector
* Experience of working at reception
