We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Administration Support Grade II to join our team in Curraheen, Cork.
Contract Type: Permanent
Contract Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary Scale: €33,326 to €50,911 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments)
Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days per annum

The post holder will provide administrative support to the seating service within the Physical Disability Support Service (PDSS) and assessments and MDT clinics that have direct links with seating service.

The successful candidate will have
* Leaving certificate or equivalent standard of education or hold a comparable and relevant third level qualification of at least level 6 on the QQI National Qualifications Framework.
* A minimum of 3 years relevant secretarial/administrative/medical secretariat experience.
* Proficient in English (spoken and written).
* Excellent IT skills, including extensive use of and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
* Experience of working with a healthcare database software system.
* Experience of working in a similar role in the healthcare/disability sector.
* Must be eligible to work in the State.
* Full clean drivers licence.
* Experience of working at reception/customer services.
* A relevant secretarial/business or IT studies qualification.
* Experience of working with software designed to facilitate processing of dictated documents.
