3. Conduct training sessions in diverse formats — classroom, virtual, and hands-on learning.
4. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and continuous improvement.
5. Adhere to our high standards of professionalism, integrity, and safety at all times.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
1. Education & Experience: A third-level qualification in Training, Education, or Community Work (or exceptional experience in one of these areas).
2. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds.
3. Passion for Road Safety: A genuine drive to make a difference in communities.
4. Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
5. Independence & Teamwork: Works well autonomously and collaboratively.
6. Adaptability & Energy: A positive, proactive approach in a changing environment.
7. Attention to Detail: Organizational skills that ensure smooth training sessions.
8. Child Protection Awareness: A clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
9. Full Clean Driving License (Category B): A company vehicle will be provided.
