Job Description
We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee store operations and manage district performance.
* Lead and manage district stores, overseeing all Store Managers
* Foster a positive, high-performing team environment
* Coach, support, and develop Store Managers to drive success
* Monitor and optimize stock flow and cash management
* Conduct regular district tours with the Sales Executive
* Provide analysis and feedback to support key projects
Requirements
A strong retail professional with a proven track record in managing teams and driving business results is required for this role.
* Minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline or at least 3 years of management experience
* Strong communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills
* Motivated, flexible, and results-driven leader
* Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
