Job Overview
The Dataflow Transformation project requires a skilled leader to oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of this complex change/transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to maintain momentum and delivery focus.
* Oversee financial aspects of the project, ensuring accurate forecasting and budget control.
* Drive stakeholder engagement, including communication with senior executives and cross-functional teams across multiple markets.
* Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and governance forums, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making.
* Manage project closure and transition to business-as-usual, including lessons learned reviews and benefits tracking.
Requirements
* 10+ years' experience in leading and managing complex change/transformation projects.
* Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
* Proven track record delivering large-scale programmes in cross-border or multinational environments.
* Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
* Knowledge of project methodologies and governance processes.
* Insurance sector experience highly desirable.
