Our goal is to find a highly skilled Process Development Engineer who can play a key role in the introduction of new products and processes with a focus on plastics.
The ideal candidate will have excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in developing manufacturing processes for plastic components. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities include working closely with the team to select components and equipment, develop testing and inspection protocols, and participate in generating Control Plans, SOPs, and PPAPs. The successful candidate will also be involved in capital acquisition activities from specifying equipment right through to validation.
Required qualifications include a minimum of a Degree (level 8) in a suitable subject such as Engineering or Polymers. Relevant experience in roles such as Plastics Processing, Process Engineer, Polymer Engineer, Project Engineer, or R&D Engineer is also desirable.
