Account Director Job Summary
This role involves driving successful client relationships with Corporate clients in the SMB segment. The Account Director will be responsible for ensuring clients renew their contracts with LinkedIn's talent and learning products and services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Executing small account contract renewals to maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship.
* Prospecting new business opportunities within your book of business and across account hierarchies and companies' subsidiaries.
* Owning, driving, and managing the renewal process for a high volume of customers.
* Identifying customer requirements, uncovering roadblocks, and demonstrating strong account management capabilities to drive renewal to on-time closure.
* Providing executive management with complete visibility to renewals and soliciting executive involvement as required.
Requirements:
* Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of applicable sales experience and fluency in French and English.
* Preferred Qualifications: Experience with recruiting/HR software, SaaS opportunities, and Dynamics; appetite for AI technologies to drive efficiency; solid negotiation skills allowing for value-based contract negotiations at the senior level.
