This role will play a pivotal part in shaping data-driven decision-making across the business, providing actionable insights to support strategy, performance, and profitability.
The Role Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll be involved in developing performance dashboards, and delivering deep-dive analysis to drive operational efficiency and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities Build a suite of reports using BI providing insightful reports to Management and Stores, while monitoring KPIs across business areas.
Maintenance of data warehouse and responding quickly to any outages or management queries.
Automate data workflows and reporting processes where possible.
Analyse operational and commercial data (Store Profitability, Budget forecasting etc) to identify trends and opportunities.
Deliver insights into category and store level profitability and performance.
Support pricing and contract negotiations with data-driven models.
Partner with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to optimise data use.
Present insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
What We're Looking For A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
Ability to build clear and concise reports Strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel for reporting and automation.
Experience with profitability analysis and pricing models.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Commercially aware, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
