RequirementsWhat You'll Be Doing Conducting online video consultations for patients with hormonal, menstrual, reproductive, or fertility concernsReviewing patient hormone test results and providing clear, evidence-based care plansDocumenting consultations and treatment plans in line with CQC and GMC standardsPrescribing medications when appropriate, following the latest clinical guidelinesCollaborating with our Clinical Operations Manager, clinical team, and patient support staff to ensure seamless patient careContributing to case reviews and supporting the continuous improvement of our clinical pathwaysAssisting with clinical content development or patient education initiatives, if desiredWhat We're Looking For You'll thrive if you're passionate about fertility and reproductive health and bring: Qualifications:GMC Specialist Registration in EndocrinologyMinimum 5 years post-specialist registration experienceIrish Medical Council registration or eligibility is a bonus Experience:Strong clinical background in managing reproductive endocrinology, PCOS, thyroid disorders, menstrual irregularities, perimenopause, and menopauseExperience providing patient care through virtual consultations or a strong interest in telehealthAbility to interpret hormone testing results and create comprehensive care plans. Skills:Excellent communication and patient education skillsA patient-centred, empathetic approachComfortable working independently and collaborating in a multidisciplinary teamYour Team You will be working and reporting directly to Bríd our Clinical Operations Manager. You'll also work with the Patient Experience Team, clinical staff, and across the business.Flexibility in this Role ️We are looking for someone to work with us for between 4 and 8 hours per week.
