A leading role in a 4/5* hotel property is available for an experienced Spa professional.
* ITEC or CIDESCO qualification is essential. A minimum of two years experience in the spa industry would be desirable.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, delivering high-quality treatments according to training procedures, and conduct consultations with guests. Maintaining cleanliness and assisting other team members are also key responsibilities within this role.
Duties include providing a superior customer journey to all guests, performing various treatments as trained, conducting guest consultations, ensuring treatment room hygiene standards are met, and supporting colleagues in their roles.
