One day per week onsite.A growing technology led organisation is building out its cyber and risk capability and is hiring a Cyber Security Analyst to support the maturity of its security controls across a large-scale production environment.This is a broad role sitting between technology, delivery teams and external partners, focused on improving how security is embedded into day-to-day operations rather than ticking boxes.Plenty of autonomy, real influence and strong exposure across the business.What you'll be doingActing as a primary contact for security related queries across internal teams and external partnersSupporting the rollout and ongoing improvement of security policies, standards and controlsIdentifying, tracking and helping remediate security risks across platforms, systems and supplierReviewing the effectiveness of security controls and highlighting areas for improvementContributing to security documentation, guidance and internal training materialSupporting supplier assurance and third-party risk activityParticipating in security improvement initiatives and automation where appropriateProducing clear reporting for technical and non-technical stakeholdersWhat you'll bringSeveral years' experience in cyber security, IT risk, governance or security operationsStrong experience with security frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, DORASolid understanding of enterprise technology environments including cloud and SaaS platformsPractical experience working with security standards, control frameworks or audit environmentsComfortable engaging with engineers, vendors and business stakeholdersStrong written communication and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of deliverablesAny experience with reporting tools, workflow automation or analytics is beneficial but not essentialWhat's on offerHybrid working model with one day per week onsite in DublinStrong salary and benefits packageLong term career growth in a stable, well funded organisationHigh visibility role with genuine scope to shape security processesFlexible and supportive working culture
