Réalta Technologies is a leading automation and digital system firm that specializes in delivering innovative solutions to clients in the life science industries.
We are seeking a Delta V Automation Engineer to join our team and work with one of our pharmaceutical clients.
Reporting to the Digital Project Lead, this role is specifically responsible for Delta V Systems within the Senior Automation team responsible for the full Automation scope and with vendors / partners, with responsibility for delivery of Delta V DCS.
Responsibilities
Write User requirements for Delta V System
Review and Approve related Design Documentation.
Partner with local site project teams to conduct assessments of system performance and reliability, identifying areas for improvement and optimization for the Delta V system
Follow the SDLC Procedure to implement changes (covering RS updates, RTM Change control, Implementation and test)
Ensure systems are implemented in a safe fashion with quality a necessary output.
Use and update of development system if required
Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure automation standards are met for system configuration, SDLC, validation, hardware, software environments and business processes.
Partner with internal Digital departments ensuring standard and secure implementation in line with Company Standards
Requirements
BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical degree.
Training completed in Delta V standard and batch.
3 or more years of experience in Delta V application.
Applications / Configuration CM /EM & Batch Layer
Onsite Commissioning Experience EM Shakedowns & Batch Layer / Recipe Testing
Proven record of proficiencies associated with business analysis on small sized projects.
Excellent understanding of c GMP's, SDLC methodologies and LEAN/MPS/ Sigma principles.
Excellent facilitation, problem solving, and decision making skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and define business problems, develop business cases, and identify appropriate process and technological solutions is essential
Experience in the commissioning of Delta V site at a GMP manufacturing site
