Summary
A role exists within the commercial function Of United Drug to grow our customer base within our Pharmax Buying Group & ARC claims management tool. Pharmax utilises local buying scale and group support to deliver competitive pricing and secure supply chain on medicinal products. ARC is a McKesson owned claims management tool that supports business owners in the pharmacy sector. The role will involve working closely with both procurement and the commercial team within United Drug and the wider McKesson business. This will be a national role and will require travel. This is a key role focused in delivering above and beyond our customer needs.
Responsibilities:
* Support Pharmax & ARC customer base with system updates, training, and execution across all geographical regions.
* Support Pharmax & ARC rollout across several Pharmacy groups, including set up, training and claims and procurement reviews.
* Report monthly on sales targets, compliance targets, customer memberships.
* Support the delivery of Pharmax & ARC annual sales budget and KPI's.
* Manage system set up, system training and updates for all Retail Solution products.
* Manage day to day operational issues as they arise and provide workable solutions.
* Update pharmacists via the websites / blog and engage with the pharmacist community in a proactive way.
* Translate customer needs and requirements into actionable enhancements and work with the team to provide solutions that add value to the Pharmax & ARC customer base.
* Identify potential leads to increase memberships and collaborate with AM team to deliver sales pitch and ongoing support for the customer.
* Identify margin opportunity and liaise with procurement for monthly Pharmax offers and communicate any customer feedback to procurement
* Support system development for both Pharmax and ARC systems to enhance the business offering and ensure they are both best in the market.
Requirements:
* A track record of managing key customer relationships and building trust.
* Results driven, with a track record of delivering against objectives and targets.
* Qualified pharmacy technician with excellent understanding of all community schemes preferable
* Proficient in Mclernon's, and Touchstore dispensing systems including claim module.
* Ability to turn data into insights.
* History of successfully building and maintaining strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
* Excellent communicator, with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* Highly collaborative, with ability to work constructively and positively influence and engage colleagues and internal stakeholders.
* Track record of continuous personal development.
* Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
