We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator for our customer based in Ballycoolin. The role offers a good base salary, paid overtime, and a pension package.
Responsibilities
* Creating Invoices, Purchase Orders, and other documentation
* Shipping and tracking
* Monitoring account credits and following up with clients for payments
* Accounts reconciliations
* Reporting to company financial controller and management on assigned accounts' financial status
* Service Customer account administration inbound and outbound calls and orders
* Ensure timely and successful solutions according to company needs and objectives
* Cash Counting, Till lodging
Requirements
* Proven work experience as an Administrator, Customer Service, Account Manager, or relevant role
* Demonstrable ability to communicate and organization
* Experience with and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
* Experience delivering client-focused solutions
* Multitask, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
* Food Industry experience would be highly beneficial
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
Package:
* 30k - 35k
* 40 hours/week
* Overtime paid (1h and 1/4)
* Pension package
* Tuesday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:30
* Saturday 07:00 - 11:00
