Position Summary
NeoDyne are recruiting a highly skilled AVEVA PI Engineer with experience installing, managing, enhancing, and maintaining AVEVA/ OSIsoft PI Systems.
The candidate should have experience with ISA 88 and GAMP standards to provide an analytical approach to industry demands.
This role is offered as a fulltime staff position, based out of our Cork office, with an excellent Salary and Benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
Creating, maintaining, and connecting PI Interfaces and PI Connectors to varied data sources (DeltaV, Kepware, OPC Servers, PLCs, etc.)
Handling PI Point operations, PI Data Archive and PI Asset Framework hierarchies.
Enhancing data by creating advanced Analyses, Event Frames and Notifications.
Using PI Visualisation tools, including PI Vision, PI DataLink, and PI RtReports, to create displays, dashboards, graphs, and reports.
Contextualising and gaining insight from data and calculations related to Pharma and Food & Beverage industries.
Developing and designing GxP documentation (SOP, User Requirements, Design Specifications, FAT, SAT, IOQ, etc.)
Articulating and communicating ideas to different types of stakeholders to deliver PI solutions.
Providing system troubleshooting and support.
Analysing and identifying information on PI Systems and PI Data.
Adhering to company procedures, policies, and regulatory standards.
Experience & Skills
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Computer Science / Information Systems or related field.
3+ years' AVEVA/OSIsoft PI engineering experience.
Experience with PI System main components, including PI Interfaces, PI Connectors, PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework, PI Event Frames, PI Notifications, PI Vision, PI DataLink, PI RtReports, PI Batch, PI EFGen, PI WebAPI, and PI WebParts.
Experience with PI System network architecture and how it relates to other levels such as shop floor, PLCs, MES, DMZ and corporate.
Accreditations in PI Infrastructure, Installation or Developer are desirable.
Desired
Experience in the delivery of automated systems in addition to a working knowledge of the GAMP software development lifecycle
Experience working with validated Automation systems in the Pharmaceutical or Food & Beverage manufacturing environment.
