Lead Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operations manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run efficiently and effectively.

3. You will be responsible for:
* Managing multiple stakeholders within the hotel, including guests, staff, and suppliers;
* Overseeing hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance;
* Inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance;
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction;
* Coordinating with other departments to achieve business objectives;
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, including inventory, revenue, and employee performance;
* Providing excellent customer service and resolving guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner;
* Recruiting, training, and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional guest experiences;
4. Requirements:
* Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role;
* Strong leadership and communication skills;
* Able to work independently and as part of a team;
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively;
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts or complaints smoothly;
* Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
* Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, employment, and data protection;
* Ability to travel to other hotels and attend meetings and training sessions as required;
* Degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent experience;
