Job Description
You will be supporting a long-standing client of Capita. The role includes inbound and outbound calls, scheduling medical appointments, processing data entry, and managing a digital mailroom.
Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and web forms, ensuring quality service.
Meet day‑to‑day service delivery targets and respond to all queries in a timely, professional manner.
Accurately record all contact interactions on systems in line with expected processes.
Provide a positive first impression to all contacts.
Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers, team members, and clients through open communication.
Perform digital mailroom activities, including opening and sorting post, scanning documents, processing fees, and handling outbound post.
Requirements
Highly methodical with thorough attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work to stringent customer service SLAs and KPIs.
Confidence and clear, effective communication skills.
Excellent PC and data entry skills.
Excellent written English, with ability to compose written responses to customers.
Ability to learn new skills quickly and adopt new processes and technology.
