IT Search has partnered with a global investment management firm as they continue expanding their world-class tech team in Dublin. With over €50 billion AUM, our client specialises in fixed income, commodities, and quantitative strategies.
They are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join their Enterprise Technology team, which supports reconciliation, asset servicing, and reporting functions across the firm. This role offers the opportunity to develop high-performance systems that integrate with trading and subledger platforms, ensuring seamless operations across global offices.
The Role:
* Develop and maintain robust .NET Core applications for reconciliation and reporting systems
* Architect scalable solutions in collaboration with global teams
* Analyze and enhance data processing pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy
* Take ownership of projects, engaging with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery
Key Requirements:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core and SQL databases (MS SQL Server, Postgres)
* Strong understanding of OOP principles and microservices architecture
* Proficiency in event-driven systems (Kafka, streaming patterns)
* Experience with Agile development (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interact directly with users
* AWS cloud integrations and Kubernetes deployments
* Front-end frameworks like Angular and UI customization with Bootstrap/Material Design
* Experience in financial services, trading systems, or reconciliation platforms
