The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, ensuring quality control through inspections and audits, and meeting business targets. Key duties include supervising staff, performing quality checks, managing production flow, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and continuously improving workshop efficiency. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining the company's reputation.
