Operations Support Manager – Ireland ( Hybrid) Teamworx are delighted to support our client in the recruitment of an Operations Support Manager, a pivotal role responsible for driving network performance, improving reporting structures and championing operational excellence across multiple locations.
This position reports to the Operations Director and would suit a solutions-focused, data-driven professional who enjoys digging into numbers, spotting trends and turning insights into real improvements on the ground.
What you'll be doing Analyse operational and performance reports to identify efficiency opportunities and support profitability improvement.
Support Health Safety compliance across the network, preparing branches for audit visits.
Lead weekly network performance calls and track progress against KPIs.
Partner with Regional Managers on reporting and performance delivery.
Conduct quarterly branch audits and present findings to Station Managers.
Develop and deliver operational improvement plans based on performance insights.
Assist with reporting automation in partnership with the Business Analysis function.
Maintain fuel, pricing, forecasting and resource planning reports.
Manage month-end operational submissions and coordinate with station teams.
Support budget planning across revenue and cost lines.
Deliver project work across operations and change initiatives.
Assist with onboarding, training support and the rollout of digital training tools.
Provide occasional branch staffing assistance if required.
Deliver ad-hoc reporting to the Operations Director.
What you'll need to bring Excellent data analysis and reporting ability (auto motive rental experience an advantage).
Face paced experience from Retail, Grocery, hospitality, FMCG or similar Knowledge of reporting tools such as Google Sheets/Slides.
Lean Six Sigma or process improvement exposure beneficial.
Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver results.
Strong operational knowledge with understanding of P L metrics.
Effective communicator with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Highly organised, proactive and detail-driven.
Experience owning or supporting business projects and improvement initiatives.
