Tele Sales Professional
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tele Sales Executive to fill a full-time position based in Limerick. The ideal candidate will have experience in tele sales or customer service, preferably within the food industry.
About the Role:
The successful applicant will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing clients to take daily and weekly orders, up-selling and introducing new product lines, and building strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage an existing client list, taking daily and weekly orders via telephone.
* Upsell and introduce new product lines to customers.
* Maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact and excellent service.
* Collaborate with field sales representatives and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Identify sales opportunities and meet individual and team sales targets.
* Record accurate details of calls, orders, and customer interactions in our system.
* Provide feedback on customer trends, needs, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is essential, preferably within the food industry.
* Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner are required.
* Confidence in up-selling and promoting new products is necessary.
* Solid IT skills for managing orders and updating customer records are also required.
