Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our commercial delivery of major infrastructure projects at Dublin Port.
* Manage and mentor commercial teams, ensuring strong governance, performance, and succession planning.
The ideal candidate will have degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor (SCSI / RICS accredited) experience in main contractor or infrastructure environments with strong leadership and people management skills.
Achieve success by:
* Owning cost/value reporting, forecasting cash flow WIP control & outturn cost management across all projects;
* Cross-functional collaboration as the senior commercial interface with clients project teams and senior leadership;
