Partnering with 3PLs and cross-functional teams, the team's work straddles operational execution during BAU and peak events, as well as program and project management, driving implementation of capabilities and service offerings, to continuously improve ourselves operationally. We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated candidate with strong planning/analytical abilities. This role requires a combination of planning and insight and technical knowledge to develop and deliver forecasts and reporting along with analysis that enables rapid decision-making. You will focus on supporting the Logistics function to develop and grow routes to market, drive efficiencies and critical operations initiatives. The ability to work seamlessly with partner teams is crucial for achieving the objectives of the position.
Description
Plan and develop forecasts to support the overall Logistics team and its partners. Identify and evaluate operational risks, implementing contingency plans to mitigate them. Assess performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations to peers and leadership for impactful business decisions. Identify and develop improvements that directly impact the customer experience and improve efficiencies. Build business cases using data and insights to define how large/small the opportunity is. Develop, maintain, and own robust reporting KPI's and management systems that help to guide the business and measure success. Collaborate with business intelligence teams to build regional reporting needs. Partner with the Data Science & Advanced Analytics teams on reporting automation and predictive modelling solutions to create insightful dashboards Ability to drive strategic direction and influence key partners
