We are seeking a talented Product leader to drive the vision for a fast growth CloudWatch business that delivers critical services to millions of AWS customers operating at scale. This is a high visibility and high impact role that work on highly strategic projects in the observability space (with a focus on AI/ML and Analytics) and will interact with all levels of AWS leadership. Reach out to learn more about the exciting space we operate in.Key job responsibilitiesAs a Senior Manager of Product Management, you will lead a team of PMs responsible for a critical growth vertical for the business. You will drive the overall product strategy and coach the product managers on the team through end-to-end product lifecycle from defining product vision to specific feature definition, prioritization, positioning, naming, pricing, go-to-market support and feature adoption. As a Senior Manager of Product Management you will: Deeply understand and champion the needs of diverse AWS customers. This involves interacting with highly technical customers on product feature calls, customer briefings, customer advisory boards, and other structured feedback mechanisms.Act as the bridge between Head of Product for Amazon CloudWatch, Engineering Leaders, GTM teams and individual PM contributors who report into you.Develop product vision and strategy; translate it into clear deliverables for your product and engineering teams.Own the strategy behind feature development, pricing, naming, and the P&L of the businessLaunch new products and implement go to market plans that will drive awareness, engagement and strong customer adoptionLead key strategic investment areas of AI/ML/LLM Ops and ObservabilityBe an industry thought leader representing AWS at conferences such as re:InventA day in the lifeWorking closely with and across agile teams, you will be able to see and feel the impact of your work on our customers.
