We are looking for a full-time experiencedChef dePartieto join our kitchen team. In this role, you will manage your own section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes that meet the Head Chefs standards.
What You Will Do
* Prepare and cook dishes in your section following the Head Chefs instructions. Help plate dishes with attention to detail and consistency.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods.
* Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation at all times. Help with general kitchen cleaning to ensure a safe environment.
* Follow all food safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
* Help with checking stock levels, rotating supplies, and reporting any shortages to senior chefs.
What We Are Looking For
* At least4 years of experienceas a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in arestaurant or hotel kitchen.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen whilemaintaininghigh food quality and presentation.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety standards in the kitchen.
* Good communicationskills and a team player.
* Positive attitude and passion for cooking.
* Experience with menu execution and plating is a plus.
