Location: Cork (Hybrid - part remote, part office-based)
Role: Inbound Customer Service Calls
Experience Required: 2-3 years in a customer service role
Employment Type: Full-Time
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Answering inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
2. Resolving queries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience
3. Updating internal systems accurately after each interaction
4. Working as part of a team to meet performance and service targets
5. Following processes and maintaining high quality standards
What We're Looking For:
6. 2-3 years of customer service experience (Hospitality, Insurance, or Contact Centre preferred)
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to handle calls with empathy, patience, and professionalism
9. Strong multitasking and time management skills
10. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with basic computer literacy
