Working alongside the Head Chef, youll aid in developing exciting new menus across all service points - breakfast, lunch, dinner, and gluten-free options - with a focus on contemporary, high-quality dishes that reflect both classic and modern influences. Key Responsibilities Assist in crafting and refining menu items, from hearty breakfasts to sophisticated dinner offerings. Lead kitchen operations during service, ensuring consistency, taste, and timely delivery. Collaborate closely with the culinary team to cater for special dietary requests (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free). Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen organisation.
