Technology Delivery Manager - CMS & Digital Channels - experience with Cash Management solutions and Digital banking is needed

Adecco is proud to partner with a leading Financial Services organisation to recruit Technology Delivery Managers for strategic programmes in Cash Management Solutions (CMS) and Digital Channels.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team driving transformation across corporate banking platforms, including deposits, liquidity, reporting, and client-facing digital channels. You'll lead cross-functional delivery teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Programme & Delivery Management
Own the delivery roadmap for CMS products and digital platforms
Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle: planning, design, development, deployment, and post-launch support
Ensure timely, high-quality execution across multiple workstreams
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with Global Transaction Banking, Compliance, and Technology teams
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external integrations
Align delivery outcomes with strategic business objectives
Technical Oversight
Ensure solutions meet regulatory standards (e.g., PSD2, SWIFT, AML/KYC)
Oversee integration with core banking systems, ERP platforms, and digital channels
Support platform scalability, security, and performance
Agile & Governance Leadership
Drive agile delivery practices including backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Ensure governance, risk, and audit requirements are met across delivery processes
Team Development & Growth
Mentor delivery leads and analysts
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
Required:
Extensive experience in technology delivery or programme management in Banking or Financial Services
Strong understanding of Digital Banking technologies, APIs, and integration patterns
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred:
Experience with Corporate Banking platforms and CMS tools
Familiarity with ISO 20022, SWIFT messaging, Open Banking APIs
Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and digital identity frameworks
Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe) or PMP certification
