About the Role
We are seeking a fluent Italian speaker to join our team as a customer service representative. This role involves being the primary contact for business-to-business customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

Work Arrangements
This is a hybrid role that requires working from the office 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week. The training period will likely involve full-time work in the office.
Further Information
The contract will be with a recruitment agency and initially fixed-term but with strong possibilities of extension or conversion to a permanent contract.
