Senior Business Development Lead
Role Overview
The Senior Business Development Lead will act as the voice of the business, driving collaborative IT project work efforts from start to finish. This role requires a highly skilled professional to partner with Client IT Project Managers and multiple external resources to build, maintain, and execute the FACTORY business plan end-to-end.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure all project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive program management framework that aligns with Client global operations objectives.
* Lead cross-functional teams to launch projects, establish development, testing and production readiness, and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
* Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure timely program status is communicated to stakeholders, sponsors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic plans to capitalize on them.
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and programs.
* Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices in program management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the IT industry.
* Proven track record of delivering high-profile projects and programs on time, within budget, and to the specified goals.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
