This is a key revenue-generating role within a high-performing commercial team. The successful candidate will combine strong new business development capability with sound credit judgement and relationship management expertise. The Role
You will take ownership of a defined geographic territory and dealer portfolio, driving new business volumes while protecting margin and credit quality.
Key Responsibilities Include
Developing and expanding relationships with motor, equipment and commercial dealers
Driving new lending volumes across SME customers
Building and executing a structured territory growth plan
Assessing lending proposals and applying sound credit judgement
Identifying early credit risks and managing within risk appetite
Collaborating internally across credit, risk and operations
Maintaining strong market visibility and presence within your territory
The Person
We are looking for a proven asset finance sales professional with:
Strong experience in asset finance / commercial finance
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Experience managing dealer relationships
Solid credit assessment and financial analysis capability
Strong negotiation and commercial skills
Deep understanding of the Irish SME landscape
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services
APA or QFA qualification (required)
