We're looking for a proactive and skilled
IT Technician Support Specialist
to join our remote team
If you enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end-users, and keeping systems running smoothly, this role could be an excellent match.
What You'll Do:
Provide technical support via email, chat, and phone
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
Install, configure, and maintain devices, applications, and tools
Manage support tickets and document solutions clearly
Assist with escalations and collaborate with IT/operations teams
Support system updates, security patches, and general maintenance
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and user experience
What You Bring:
Strong troubleshooting ability and solid technical knowledge
Understanding of hardware, software, and basic networking
Clear communication and effective problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience with ticketing systems or IT service frameworks is a plus
Previous help desk or IT support experience is beneficial
